Applications are being accepted for the 2009 Study of the United States Institutes for Secondary Educators and the 2009 Study of the United States Institutes for Scholars

The United States Embassy in Sofia is pleased to begin accepting applications for the 2009 Study of the United States Institutes for Secondary Educators and the 2009 Study of the United States Institutes for Scholars to take place over the course of six weeks during the summer of 2009.
The Study of the United States Institutes are intensive post-graduate level academic programs with integrated study tours whose purpose is to provide foreign university faculty and other scholars the opportunity to deepen their understanding of American society, culture and institutions. The ultimate goal is to strengthen curricula and to improve the quality of teaching about the United States in academic institutions abroad.
All participant costs will be covered.
