U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) Bulgaria

The U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) Bulgaria is responsible to the U.S. Ambassador to Bulgaria and the Commander, U.S. European Command for administering all Security Assistance and certain military to military programs in Bulgaria.

Security Assistance includes Foreign Military Sales of U.S. defense equipment, services, and training and the management of the Foreign Military Financing (FMF) and International Military Education and Training (IMET) grant funding.

The Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) is responsible for promoting, developing, coordinating and executing the following programs with the Republic of Bulgaria:

Joint Task Force - East

Security Assistance

Foreign Military Financing (FMF)

Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

International Military Education and Training (IMET)

Counter Terrorism Fellowship Program (CTFP)

George C. Marshall Center Programs

Military-to-Military Program (M2M)

State Partnership Program (SPP)
